About Me
- GENDER: Female (She/her/hers)
- LANGUAGE: English
I am currently an MSW student at the University of Iowa, completing my Advanced Practicum at the Mind and Spirit Counseling Center.
Before moving into social work, I spent nearly a decade in software consulting, including opening an office in France for my previous company. While the industries are very different, the common denominator in both careers has been listening closely, building relationships, and working with people to solve complex problems together. That same foundation now inspires my passion for helping individuals heal and grow through therapy. Through my coursework and clinical experience, I am especially interested in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness-based approaches. I am drawn to therapies that integrate compassion, presence, and acceptance as a way to support people in reconnecting with themselves and others.
Outside of my work, I enjoy crafting, long walks, cooking with my husband, being near water, and spending time with friends and family.
