Mind & Spirit Center offers a variety of classes, groups and programs to keep you connected to Center.

Classes and ongoing groups:
Mind & Spirit Counseling Center’s Survivors of Suicide Loss Support Group ended December 2023.
Resources for finding other groups in the area include:
- American Foundation for Suicide Prevention has an online searchable directory for groups. AFSP also offers several excellent online resources.
- Hamilton’s Academy of Grief and Loss publishes a Community Resource Booklet with bereavement resources (including support groups for suicide loss). It is regularly updated and can be found online here.
Leadership & Spiritual Life classes:
Balances are due at the start of the classes. We accept checks or credit card. Checks may be made payable to Mind & Spirit Counseling Center. Credit card payments may be taken over the phone at (515) 274-4006.
A limited scholarship is available should cost be a barrier to participation in Leadership & Spiritual Life classes. Please email Chris Waddle for information.
