Classes & Groups

Mind & Spirit Counseling Center offers a variety of classes, groups and programs to keep you connected to the Center.

Mind & Spirit Counseling Center offers classes and groups to provide a supportive and enriching environment where individuals can explore personal growth, gain new skills, and connect with others on similar journeys. These structured settings not only foster a sense of community but also facilitate learning and self-discovery through guided discussions, skill-building activities, and shared experiences. By offering diverse classes and groups, we aim to empower participants to enhance their well-being, overcome challenges, and achieve their personal and professional goals in a collaborative and nurturing atmosphere.
