Aging Wisely: Spiritual Resources for the Second Half of Life

Aging Wisely is an invitation to deepen spirituality, share your unique gifts, and reflect in community on the opportunities and challenges of later life. In this contemplative group, we explore practices and tools for this stage of the journey—strengthening our relationships with ourselves, our loved ones, our communities, and the wider world. Each session builds practical wisdom:

Session I: What is Wise Aging?

Session II: Challenges and Opportunities

Session III: Our Physical Bodies

Session IV: Living into Dying

Session V: Gifts for Myself and Loved Ones

Session VI: Gifts for the Community and in the World

This workshop will take place via Zoom each Wednesday from October 22 – November 26, 2025 from 9:30am-11:00amCST. We encourage participants to attend all six sessions for the fullest experience. The cost is $240, with financial assistance available upon request. Register below today and come to cultivate meaning, resilience and compassionate presence as you navigate Aging Wisely.
