Becoming an Elder – Spiritual Reflection on the Second Half of Life

PROGRAM  Growing older can be a time for deepening spirituality and sharing our unique gifts with the community. In this group, we will explore the opportunities and challenges of becoming an elder, and share insights, tools, and practices for this stage of the journey.

Christine Dietz, Ph.D., L.I.S.W., D.Min candidate is the Director of Clinical Training, as well as a therapist, teacher and spiritual director at Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center. She is trained in narrative therapy and is particularly interested in how we define ourselves and grow through our stories.
