About Me

I am in charge of working the administration of all clients or potential clients who speak Spanish. In addition, I work on insurance and client billing in conjunction with credentialing and re-credentialing counselors who work for the Center. My daily goal is to be able to fulfill all my responsibilities in an efficient way and to be able to complete them successfully.
The experience I have had working with Spanish-speaking clients enables me to listen to what the client needs and be able to help them in the best possible way, either at a monetary level if there are funds in the Center, or by recommending a counselor according to their needs.
I am a person who listens to all the stories of Spanish-speaking patients without any judgement, and I dedicate myself to help according to the availability of the Center.
