When you give, you’re walking alongside children, adults and families who are healing from trauma, navigating life’s challenges and seeking peace of mind. Every donation helps remove barriers to care, offering hope and healing to someone who may not otherwise be able to afford it.
More than 30% of the counseling services we provide are subsidized by generous donors like you. Your contribution helps us continue offering expert, compassionate mental healthcare to those who are uninsured, underinsured or from low-income households.
It costs an average of $150 to provide one 45-minute therapy session and every session has the power to change a life.

Yes. Mind & Spirit Counseling Center is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our EIN is 42-0995074. You’ll receive a receipt for your records after your donation.
Can I set up a recurring gift?
