Wenjing (Wendy) Cao is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who offers medication management services to children, ages five and above and adults.

Wendy received her BS in nursing from Ohio State University in 2006 and earned her Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Louisville in 2011. She has over 10 years of experiences in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including working with veterans, treating persistent mental health conditions and comorbidity of medical illness in the community mental health clinic. Wendy treats clients ages five and older with varying diagnoses, including anxiety, bipolar, depression, ADHD, psychosis, PTSD, schizophrenia, substance use disorders and more. She is especially interested in women’s mental health, mood disorders and ADHD.

The goal is to provide holistic healing and be present with the journey while the client takes initiative to be a better individual.
