Support for Couples and Families

Relationships can be a source of strength, but they can also become strained by stress, change, loss and patterns that are difficult to resolve alone. That’s why Mind & Spirit Counseling Center offers couples and family therapy.

Our clinicians help couples and families communicate more effectively, understand one another and work toward healthier relationships.

Reasons Couples and Families Come to Us

A Collaborative Process

Couples and family therapy is not about assigning blame or deciding who is “right.”

It is a collaborative process designed to help everyone better understand what is happening beneath the surface of conflict, disconnection or stress.

Your clinician will begin by learning about the relationships involved, the concerns bringing you to therapy and what each person hopes will improve. Together, you may work on identifying patterns, strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries and finding more constructive ways to respond to one another.

What Happens First?

Request an appointment and tell us briefly who is seeking support. Our team will help match you with a clinician whose experience fits your situation.

Begin Moving Forward Together

Every relationship goes through seasons of change.

Sometimes the challenge is clear. Other times, you may simply feel disconnected, stuck in the same patterns or unsure how to move forward.

You do not have to wait until a relationship is in crisis to seek support.

Couples and family therapy can provide a place to slow down, better understand one another and begin making intentional changes together.

Start by telling us a little about what is happening and who is seeking support. We can help connect you with a clinician whose experience fits your needs.
