Mental Health Support for Children & Adolescents
Growing up brings big emotions, new challenges and constant change. Our child and adolescent therapy services, including the C.O.O.L. Program—Children Overcoming the Obstacles of Life—gives children and teens a safe, supportive place to express themselves, build skills and feel understood.

When Your Child May Need Support
Families reach out to us for many reasons, including:
- Anxiety or difficulty managing emotions
- Changes in behavior, sleep or at school
- ADHD, attention or learning concerns
- Grief, trauma or major family changes
- Friendship, identity or self-esteem challenges
- Parent-child or family conflict
Your child does not need to have a diagnosis to receive support.
The C.O.O.L. Approach
Our C.O.O.L. Program provides child and adolescent therapy designed specifically to support the emotional and mental health needs of children and teens.
Children do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling or experiencing. That is why our clinicians use developmentally appropriate approaches that allow kids to communicate, process and grow in ways that feel natural to them.
Depending on a child’s age, needs and personality, therapy may include conversation along with play, art, movement, games, storytelling, sensory activities and other creative approaches.
The goal is not to fit every child into the same approach. It is to understand what your child is experiencing and determine what kind of support may help them move forward.
What Happens First?
You do not need to decide which service your child needs. Begin by requesting an appointment. Our team will learn about your concerns, answer your questions and help connect your family with an appropriate clinician.
Help Your Child Take the Next Step
It can be difficult to know when a child needs additional support.
You may have noticed changes in mood, behavior, sleep, school, relationships or confidence. Your child may have told you something feels wrong—or you may simply have a sense that they are struggling.
You do not need to have all the answers before reaching out.
Our team can help you talk through what you are seeing, learn more about your child’s needs and connect your family with an appropriate clinician.
