About Me

  • GENDER: Male (He/him/his)
  • LANGUAGE: English

I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment where you can show up as your authentic self, knowing that your experiences, relationships, narratives, strengths, and goals for the future will be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as we work together toward the life you want to build. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to meet your individual needs. I have specialized training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) therapy, and the Gottman Method for couples. Whether you're working through the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, or chronic stress, I strive to provide a supportive space where healing feels possible and growth happens at a pace that feels right for you. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to explore, challenged to grow, and supported every step of the way. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to meeting you there and working together to help you move toward the future you envision for yourself.

I am currently completing my doctoral internship and will receive my Psy. D. in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in August 2027. Throughout my training, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients across the lifespan. I have had experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in a variety of settings, including an inpatient behavioral health hospital, a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and a nonprofit mental health organization. These experiences have reinforced my belief that the capacity to overcome adversity and live a fulfilling life exists in every person, even during life's most difficult moments. They have also strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique journey.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed and culturally curious lens, recognizing that every person's story is unique. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, so I collaborate with each client to develop treatment that reflects their values, goals, and lived experiences. My work is grounded in an Adlerian perspective, viewing each person holistically and recognizing the important role that relationships, community, culture, and life experiences play in emotional well-being. Together, we'll build on your existing strengths while developing new tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and self-compassion. Personally, I enjoy any time I get with my amazing wife and my two feral children, who are already smarter than me, and who challenge me to be my best self every day.
