Grief Support Group
Grief is not a problem and there is no solution. It is a normal process, an expression of our love. When we grieve, we are honoring the importance of the lost person in our lives. But how do we go on living when there is such a big hole in our lives? How do we deal with people who may think we should be “over it” already?
This Grief Support Group is for anyone who is walking with grief, no matter how recent or how old. Our intention is to provide a safe place to explore this and other questions related to living with grief with others who are grieving. We will explore what grief is and is not, what helps us on our grief journey and offer support to each other on our journeys.
