You’re in the right place.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Whether you’re ready to schedule or just exploring your options, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Here’s how it works with us at Mind & Spirit Counseling Center:
Reach Out
Call us or complete our new client form to get started.
Get Connected
We’ll connect you with a therapist who best fits your needs and preferences.
Begin Care
Start your sessions with support that’s personalized to you.
What to Expect
When you reach out, you’ll connect with our Intake Coordinator who will guide you through the next steps, including completing your new client paperwork. Once your information is reviewed, we’ll thoughtfully connect you with a therapist who best fits your needs and schedule your first appointment—typically within 3 business days.
Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist and begin sharing what brings you in.
- You’ll talk through your concerns, goals and what support looks like for you
- Your therapist will ask questions to better understand your experience
- You’ll begin creating a plan together that feels right for you
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—just come as you are.
