Track 1: Emotionally Aware Leadership

Pastoral leadership is deeply rewarding, but also emotionally demanding. Many pastors find themselves overwhelmed, discouraged or simply running on empty.
But what if ministry felt lighter? More joyful? More sustainable?
What if you could lead with more freedom, courage and connection?
“Leadership is an emotional process.” – Edwin Friedman
What Is Track 1?
Emotionally Aware Leadership is self-differentiated leadership. Track 1 is a two-year journey for clergy who are ready to lead from a place of grounded emotional and spiritual awareness.
This is not a quick fix or how-to manual. It’s a transformational journey of leadership grounded in emotional awareness and spiritual resilience.
This two-year, confidential clergy group will help you:
- Recognize emotional patterns in yourself and others
- Respond with intention rather than reactivity
- Reclaim your agency and integrity
- Cultivate a courageous, connected faith community
If non-clergy groups are interested in this program, please contact Chris Waddle today!
