About Me

  • GENDER: Female (She/her/hers)
  • LANGUAGE: English

I am a licensed psychologist who values helping people rediscover meaning and connection in their lives. Throughout my career, I have empowered clients to identify their own values and strengths, overcome obstacles to wellness, and align their behaviors with meaningful action. I have advanced training and experience working with clients who are trans/gender-nonconforming or nonbinary and other members of the LGBTQ+ community. I also have specialized training in working with teens and young adults, children and teens with ADHD, and people living with chronic medical conditions. Using a warm, collaborative style, I tailor my approach based on each client’s personality, cultural context, concerns, and goals for therapy. I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa.
