About Me

  • GENDER: Female (She/her/hers)
  • LANGUAGE: English

As a licensed psychologist, I value helping people rediscover meaning, purpose, and connection in their lives through both therapy and psychological assessment. Throughout my career, my goal has been to empower clients to identify their own values and strengths, overcome obstacles to wellness, and align their behaviors with meaningful action. I have advanced training and experience working with clients who are trans/gender-nonconforming or nonbinary, members of the LGBQ+ community, and individuals exploring aspects of their identity. I also have specialized training in working with teens and young adults, people living with chronic medical conditions, and individuals experiencing anxiety and worry. Using a warm, collaborative style, I tailor my approach based on each client’s personality, cultural context, concerns, and goals for therapy. I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Iowa.
